Bob thinks he runs and manages the kennels day to day, but as he is working with Lisa, Rianne and Janet in reality he is just the general dogsbody!!

“I built a lot of the kennels and as such I’m in charge of the maintenance,  I’m constantly getting told off as I’m often to be found cuddling the guests (my favourite pastime) or chatting to you when you pay a visit or call”

Lisa is the assistant Manager and makes sure all the jobs are done and everyone is happy..

“Life is never boring, there is always something different to do. We have a a lot of fun and a really nice atmosphere to work in”

Rianne is our qualified groomer and she loves the guests a little too much. She loves each one as her own and never wants them to go home.

“I love my job. Where else can you play and work with so many different characters. Then there are the guests ha ha”

Janet is our part time assistant and dog agility trainer. She has worked with numerous breeds and rescue dogs for a number of years.

“I will happily continue any training you are doing during their stay or I can offer help and advice to change any bad habits they might have”

Mike              (click photo)

Mike started the kennels back in 1993 with the help of his dad (Bob) since then he has constantly strived to make it the best kennels in the UK. He now runs it with his wife Nicola and Bob’s continuing help.

“We are lucky to have such a great team working here, they are such a happy bunch and there is always a real buzz about the place. My jobs include playing with the guests, writing the cheques and other things like the maintenance jobs Bob was supposed to do”

Nicola is the official treat distributor and if the truth is known probably spoils the guest a little too much.

“I’m must admit I can be a sucker for puppy dog eyes, oh and smiles, and cute faces. Okay I admit I can be a soft touch but hey they are worth it”

Ellie             (click photo)

Ellie is the latest addition to the team.
She helps Nicola distribute the treats, in-between her snoozes!

Chloe is in charge of security; she monitors the cameras and takes the occasional booking. She likes to think she is really hard and dangerous but we know otherwise!

Tala             (click photo)

Tala is one of the resident entertainment crew. Her jobs include collecting and welcoming the new guests. She loves to play and organizes a whole variety of games. She may look tough but she is one of the softest and friendliest team members.

Kai                (click photo)

Kai is another resident crew member. He also loves to play, but is more often found in the kitchen checking out the lunch menu.

Kai runs and judges the hole digging competitions, but be warned he has high standards.

Bonjunk        (click photo)

Bonjunk is in charge of the laundry. But in reality he spends most of his time napping. He also loves to meet and great, but be aware you wont get away without a cuddle!!!!
