for all of our guests.

Luxury Pet Hotel

Our facility is located on a spacious, Gated property, with plenty of room for your dog to run and play. We have both indoor and outdoor play areas, as well as cosy, climate-controlled sleeping quarters for your pet to rest and relax in.

We are very lucky to have a small team that are dedicated to our guests, making your pets stay a fun filled vacation, with the emphasis firmly on fun. Everyone is trained in animal care / welfare and are constantly on hand to give your family member the attention and love they need. We believe in a hands-on approach believing that bedrooms are for relaxing and sleeping in, but the day should be filled with activities and outdoor play. We encourage socialisation and play, both with our staff and with other well-matched pets.

I recently left my two dogs at Two Acres Kennels in Dereham for 11 days while we were away, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they received. The staff were friendly, professional and clearly love what they do – they put my mind at ease right from drop-off.
When I collected the dogs today, they both bounded out wagging their tails like mad, looking healthy, relaxed and genuinely happy. No stress, no upset tummies, coats shiny – they’d obviously had a wonderful time and been extremely well looked after.
Fantastic place, total peace of mind. Will 100% be booking again next time we go away. Thank you so much to the whole team at Two Acres - 🐶🐶

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A really beautiful site a short drive from central Norwich.
I collected my daughter's dog, Eddie, from there.
I would imagine all dogs miss home but if I needed a doggy hotel, I think I'd be happy leaving him this environment again.
They know dogs and cats and do the best they can to ensure they are comfortable.
Great staff and a great array of healthy treats are also on offer.
Highly recommended. x
