Our guests are our top priority, and we want to make sure you they have the best holiday possible!

Because we’re so popular, we sometimes get up to 100 emails and messages a day, so we might not be able to answer the phone or reply right away.

To help us manage everything and still have time for an extra game of dodgeball, we kindly ask that you only leave one message if possible.

We spend a lot of time with the guests so if you are unlucky and get the answer phone please leave a message.
Go on don’t be shy!

I recently left my two dogs at Two Acres Kennels in Dereham for 11 days while we were away, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they received. The staff were friendly, professional and clearly love what they do – they put my mind at ease right from drop-off.
When I collected the dogs today, they both bounded out wagging their tails like mad, looking healthy, relaxed and genuinely happy. No stress, no upset tummies, coats shiny – they’d obviously had a wonderful time and been extremely well looked after.
Fantastic place, total peace of mind. Will 100% be booking again next time we go away. Thank you so much to the whole team at Two Acres - 🐶🐶

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A really beautiful site a short drive from central Norwich.
I collected my daughter's dog, Eddie, from there.
I would imagine all dogs miss home but if I needed a doggy hotel, I think I'd be happy leaving him this environment again.
They know dogs and cats and do the best they can to ensure they are comfortable.
Great staff and a great array of healthy treats are also on offer.
Highly recommended. x
