Knowledgeable, friendly and our reactive dog seemed ok after his first kennel stay, 5 days. Separate walks and plays or other quieter dogs matched to his temperament. Only would say they said he was *fine* and he came home very quiet, lost his bark and his bed was all chewed. Fine weight and his usual self came back within a week, he was just very quiet. Everyone we met were nice and friendly. Our dog seemed content to go with the young lady behind the counter.  They were well organised.
